Summary of Isn't It Romantic
Die junge New Yorker Architektin Natalie (Rebel Wilson) ist der Liebe gegenüber sehr zynisch eingestellt. Auch beruflich läuft es nicht so wie geplant: Anstatt ein neues Hochhaus für die Skyline des Big Apple zu designen, besteht Natalies Tagesgeschäft viel eher daraus, Kaffee und Bagels für die Kollegen zu besorgen. Und dann wird sie auch noch von einem Taschendieb angegriffen, bekommt einen schmerzhaften Schlag auf den Kopf und wird bewusstlos. Als Natalie endlich wieder erwacht, ist sie gefangen in ihrem ganz persönlichen Alptraum: einer romantischen Komödie. Und die ist zudem auch noch äußerst jugendfrei, fluchen absolut unmöglich. Doch weder Natalies plötzlicher Partner, ihr Klient Blake (Liam Hemsworth) noch ihr herzlich ehrlicher bester Freund Josh (Adam DeVine) oder die Yoga-begeisterte Isabella (Priyanka Chopra) scheinen sich der Komik der Situation bewusst.
